To place a rush order, phone Customer Service before noon (EST). Your order will be shipped via Federal Express or other express mail carrier of your choice. The rush charge will be the only extra cost. Back Orders:
You may have noticed that our web site is not equipped to accept back orders for forthcoming or out-of-stock titles. If you would like to order a title that is forthcoming or temporarily out of stock, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-234-1340. Payment:
Payment may be made by check, money order, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express). Prepaid orders are shipped free of charge. Libraries, schools, and government agencies may submit a purchase order. Shipping and handling charges of 7% will be added to the invoice.

All Omnigraphics titles have a list price and a discount price. The discount price—shown on the web site—is available to schools, libraries, and prepaid web orders. Standing Orders:
Receive a 10% discount and the convenience of one-time ordering by a Standing Order. For each title you place on Standing Order, you will automatically receive each new edition or volume upon publication, unless you notify us of cancellation. Not available to resellers. 60-Day Approval:
All Omnigraphics titles are available on 60-day approval. If for any reason a title does not meet your needs, simply return it for a full credit or refund. Special Arrangements:
